Understand what information services receive.

01

App and developer

Muro Video Player (Android, rus.pl.muro) connects to a media service at an address supplied by the user. Developer: sheinices. Privacy contact: sheinices@gmail.com. This policy covers Muro and this website. Connected services may also process data under their own policies.

02

Data on your device

The app stores service addresses and address history, language and player preferences, playback history and positions, favourites and recommendation data. The embedded browser may store cache, cookies, service local storage and sign-in session data. This information supports connections, saved preferences and resumed playback.

03

Connections and recipients

When connecting to your selected service or sources of video, subtitles and images, their servers receive your IP address, requested URL, technical headers and data needed for the request. URLs and headers may contain identifiers or access tokens supplied by the service. Its web interface may send searches, sign-in details, history and other actions to that service and its providers. Review its privacy policy before connecting.

04

Catalogues and DNS

Catalogue, search and recommendation features may contact The Movie Database (TMDB), its image servers or a configured proxy. Requests include search terms or content identifiers and connection information. Some requests use Quad9 DNS-over-HTTPS, which receives requested domain names and the connection IP address. See the policies of TMDB and Quad9.

05

Microphone and voice search

The microphone is used when you start voice search and grant Android permission. Recognition is performed by the installed recognition service; depending on its settings, audio may be sent to its provider. Recognised text is used for search and may be sent to the connected media service. You can revoke microphone permission in Android settings.

06

External players, Android TV and files

Muro identifies compatible installed apps to offer external playback. The selected player receives the video address and necessary playback parameters, including headers, title and subtitles when supplied. Content and playback progress may be shared with the Android TV system provider for recommendations and continue-watching features. Export writes a backup of settings and service data to your chosen destination; import reads your selected file. Backups may contain session data and should be stored securely.

07

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until deleted, until you clear app data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Delete exported files separately. Clearing Muro does not delete data held by media services, other providers or external players. Use the connected service settings or contact its operator to delete its account. Muro itself does not require separate registration. Contact the developer to request deletion of information you sent to support.

08

Support requests

When you contact the developer, your email address, message and attachments are processed to answer your request and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Correspondence is kept while handling the request and necessary follow-up; you can request deletion by email. Information required by law is retained for the legally required period.

09

Security

App data is stored in Android-managed storage. We recommend HTTPS connections. Muro accepts HTTP addresses; HTTP does not encrypt traffic and should not be used to send sensitive information. Connection security also depends on the service and device. No method of transmission or storage eliminates all risks.

10

This website

This website contains no analytics scripts, advertising trackers, external fonts or registration forms. The server and hosting provider process your IP address and technical HTTP request information to deliver pages. Server configuration, hosting providers and log retention must reflect the actual deployment; contact the privacy email with questions about processing.

11

Changes and contact

This policy is updated when features or data practices change. The current revision date appears above. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your data, contact the developer: sheinices@gmail.com.
